    i think Goethe dropped out too; either that or he just gave it up as soon as he got out. Also, the guy who seals my driveway is a law school dropout.

    McKinley actually _did_ graduate from law school. He practiced law after graduating from Albany.

    The FDR mention is a bit misleading. He did leave Columbia, but he became an apprentice at a law firm and was admitted to the NY bar, and he briefly practiced law while running for New York state office.
