Whew…83…six points to spare in Real Estate Finance. Well, that and, I guess, however much before you go from a D to an F. Prof. Braunstein’s a great guy (he strikes me as the kind of guy who would be a cool uncle), but he and my cousin Adam can have the world of real estate law all to themselves for all I care.
